Apron Masters is under the kosher supervision of Vaad Hakashrus of the Five Towns and Far Rockaway. We are dairy and Chalav Israel. Kemach Yashan is available upon request. However, you don’t have to keep kosher to enjoy all that Apron Masters has to offer!

Apron Masters is located in the heart of Woodmere at 956 Broadway. Street parking is available along Broadway and additional parking is available in the municipal lot across the street on Neptune Avenue.

Apron Masters Kitchen can be reached Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and by appointment. Other hours of operation depend on our class schedule.

Deposits are non-refundable/transferable. You may cancel or change your party date to another available date done prior to 30 days of your event at no fee. If you book your event less than 30 days before the date of your event, you will have 24 hours to cancel or change your party date to another available date, and after that the regular timeline for cancellations and payments will apply. If you cancel your party less than 30 days before the date of your event, you will be responsible for 50% of the party price. If you cancel your party less than 15 days before the date of your event, you will be responsible for 100% of the party price. Cancellations or changes can be made (1) in person in at The Apron Masters Kitchen at 956 Broadway, Woodmere, NY or (2) through our phone number during normal business hours, by calling (516) 569-COOK and speaking directly to an Apron Masters representative. We cannot accept or honor cancellations made by email or left on voicemail. When we cancel a class due to inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., power outages, facility issues, etc.), we will endeavor to contact you by email or telephone with as much notice as possible and issue a full refund to the original form of payment (or, if you prefer, issue you a refund in the form of an Apron Masters Kitchen gift card). However, if we do not affirmatively cancel a class by email or telephone and you are unable to attend, our standard cancellation policy applies. Please note that Apron Masters reserves the right to modify menus at any time due to ingredient availability or seasonality.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time, events must start at the scheduled time. If the scheduled time frame is exceeded, additional time will be charged in increments of 60 minutes for $120, if the space is available. If additional time is not available, we will change the program as necessary to stay within the scheduled time frame.

Our versatile space is able to accommodate events for up to 60 people depending on the type of event.

Yes! If you choose to bring your own cake, it must be a sealed cake from a VAAD approved facility. Dairy cakes must be Chalav Israel.

Please wear comfortable attire in which you can move around the kitchen. You’ll be standing, cooking and working for most of the class – please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back or covered. An apron will be provided.

Of course! Whether you’re participating in a group class or hosting a private event, our students get to enjoy their creations after the class and/or event is done.

Yes! Let us know of your dietary restrictions at the time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible. Recipe modifications cannot be made during class. Click here to inquire about your event.
